Family restaurant where the employees are all working together like a real family, the food is authentic FOOD. What does that mean ? It tastes good, is made more than just basic, and they have specials that are not on the menu. I had stuffed peppers soup and it was delish! Where else can you go and find all three of these qualities together in a restaurant? Try it once, you will love it !!

This is a family owned business that knows their business well. Everyone is really friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your meal. Great food and large servings. On my last visit I had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese off their specials and it did not disappoint. I brought home enough leftovers for lunch the next day. Keep up the great work guys, we appreciate you.

Ok so I'm from Florida just moved up here a week and a half ago. This restaurant is like going to mommas house to eat. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I met the owner and she was as nice to me as she could be. I sat at a dinner like bar and she talked with me for a solid 20 minutes about the restaurant and the local area. Once my food came she excused herself and went and spoke with other customers. She came back to check and make sure I liked the food. I ordered what's called a messy plate and it was absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a down home place like your mom's house then this is the place to go. I will be eating there at least once a week for a few months. If not longer. Loved it!!! Thanks for making a Florida boy feel at home in New York.

Absolutely fantastic! My wife and I were not sure where to go and picked Millhouse based on some personal references. MAN were we glad we chose here! Our three-year-old daughter’s pancakes were the perfect size, she gobbled them up. My wife’s breakfast sandwich looked AMAZING, and I got the breakfast bowl which was phenomenal! This is now a go-to whenever we’re on the West side of Rochester.

I've always loved eating at family owned and run restaurants. LOVED this place so much. The food was mouth watering delicious - totally unexpected! The staff was super friendly. The portions were huge! We tried their chocolate mousse pie too - oh mah lord SO GOOD!

We always love coming here. The staff is always exceptionally friendly and the food is always top notch. We came for breakfast this time around and couldn't have been more pleased. I had eggs, toast and hash browns and my boyfriends tried the bowl, which he said was delicious. Although I didn't get it this time I love that they have an iced mocha option and mimosas.

Been going to Millhouse for 30 years. Never had a Bad Meal, gotten Sick from a Meal, or Anything like that. But... Once in awhile, we do get a waitress that acts like she doesn't know what she's doing or barely Checks up on us. Always Respectful though! Atmosphere is okay except for the weekend. To loud and Busy for my taste. Overall, Always Keeps me Coming back.

Restaurant was very crowded (Friday night) but seating was a short wait and service was very quick! Food was great also! Simple no frills American fare. Comfort food.
